Technical Approach

The project followed a comprehensive, end-to-end delivery model. Easy Life Technologies led the solution design phase, defining a standardized smart home architecture capable of supporting a smart city concept while remaining flexible at the unit level.

The ABB free@home system was deployed across all units with consistent interface design to ensure intuitive user interaction. Integration with Amazon Alexa enabled hands-free control, enhancing convenience for residents. ELT managed supply, installation, system configuration, and commissioning, ensuring efficient rollout and quality consistency across the entire development.

Key Challenges                              

Delivering a full smart home scope across more than 1,000 residential units required detailed planning, strong logistics management, and close coordination with multiple contractors. Maintaining consistent performance, user experience, and installation quality at scale was a key challenge throughout the project lifecycle.

The Impact

The smart home solution significantly enhanced the lifestyle experience for residents, adding a distinct layer of luxury and convenience across the compounds.
